1. General WINWIZE sells products to private customers online. To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have the approval of a parent/guardian.

2. Prices All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to correct any printing errors and make price adjustments.

3. Payment We offer secure payments via Shopify Payments, Klarna, or other approved payment services. You select your payment method at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time: 1–5 business days.
Delivery is made directly to your mailbox if possible; otherwise, it will be delivered to your nearest pickup point/service agent.
Tracking information is sent via email when the package is on its way.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 30 day return policy.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Return shipping cost: €6 (this amount will be deducted from your refund).

6. Claims & Complaints If the product is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description, please contact us and we will assist you. We follow the guidelines set by the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket).

7. Personal Data We process your data in accordance with GDPR. Your information is used solely to handle your order and for communication with you.

Winwize was founded with a singular mission, to bridge the gap between high performance sportswear and modern fashion. We believe that how you look affects how you play.
