Winwize sells products to private individuals online. To make a purchase, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Prices

All prices are stated in Euros (€) or Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. We reserve the right for possible misprints and price adjustments.

3. Payment

We offer secure payments via Shopify Payments, Klarna, or other approved payment services. You select your preferred payment method at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time: 1–5 business days
Delivered directly to your mailbox if possible, otherwise to the nearest service point
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

30-day return policy
The product must be unused and in original condition
Return shipping fee: €6.9 (deducted from the refund)

6. Complaints

If the item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description – please contact us and we will assist you. We follow the guidelines set by the Swedish Consumer Agency.
